7. Refund

The course purchases can be refunded within first 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. For example, if a course gets purchased on 1st April, the user shall be able to request for refund till 30th April only. The BA Central CANNOT process any refund request made after first 30 days of course purchase.

8. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The BA Central may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the BA Central’s website shall be governed by the laws of the BA Central Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
